WHAT TO KNOW: Second of 2008 - 7/24/2007 Okay so the second post of the year took a little longer..some things never change. Lots of new pics...enoy! First post of 2008 - 2/18/2007 Wow, first post and it took me less then 2 months. Enjoy the new picks! Wow...its been 7 months - 12/4/2007 Holy crap...its been almost 7 months to the day since my last post. As you can see I added a bunch of new photo albums from the summer and fall...everyone is getting so old. You can also see that next year is shaping up to be just as busy. One of my New Year's resolutions will be to post more often...perhaps even spell a few more words correctly in the process but one step at a time. Bryan Burlington Bar Hobble 2007 - 5/5/2007 The 5th semi-annual Burlington Bar Hobble fell on Cinco De Mayo this year so we had a great turnout. New WHIP - 4/19/2007 Well, If you've ever chatted cars with me in the past 12 months you probably heard me blow smoke about me picking up a second car. I finally pulled the trigger. I picked a 2006 CTS-V in Minneapolis and drove it back via Pittsburgh throughout the weekend. Here are a pic from its first bath. Music - 3/4/2007 Some good upcoming shows in the Burlington area...Carbon Leaf, Willy Porter, OAR... and hopefully a new local band, Friday's Angst, will hit the live scene soon...stay tuned. Got my ass in gear and fixed that..there has been a lot of things going on this past summer and fall so check out some of the pics. BWeather Bout Time - 5/14/2006 So its been raining for the past few days leaving the clubs in the back of the Jeep. So during this down time, bweather.com has been updated. New albums dating back to Thanksgiving have been added...upcoming events are also up to date as well. Cheers! By The Way - 4/4/2006 Last friday it was 72 and sunny...perfect BBQ afternoon. Today, 5 days later, it is snowing and by this evening should have 3-6 inches pulling down our warm weather spirits. Thought I would share. Hello There - 4/4/2006 So yeah..its been 2 months since I have posted anything...I know pretty poor. That doesn't mean I have nothing to post. Actually I have plenty of stuff to post but have been a little lazy. Anyway while I am working on posting pics from the winter, I have updated a few other items. Next big BTV event is the Burlington Bar Hobble on May 6th. Let me know if you are interested in tagging along. Just so you know T-shirts will be ordered on April 26th so you have until then to decide. That is all for now..I will post more details in the upcoming weeks. Spring Soon - 2/3/2006 Have no fear fellow spring lovers....sun and warm weather is around the corner. We came, we saw, we ate. Two team of ice cream connoisseurs managed to polish off 2 Vermonsters in record time. The "Tiny Team" which consisted of no one over 200lbs devoured their 5.65lb. foe just under 14 minutes. Team "3 Dudes and some Banana Eaters" annihilated their 5.7lb. in 5 minutes and 42 seconds...it never stood a chance. Want to see what you are missing? Thanks for every one who came out to eat, Kristen for connecting us with WCAX, Jack and Bob from WCAX for covering the story, and Ben & Jerrys for the ice cream and shirts. Till next year! Blah Blah Blah - 2/2/2006 While I would agree most days a furry rodent has a better chance to predict the weather then an educated meteorologist, but today is not that day today. Even though Phil saw his shadow hence predicting 6 more weeks of winter....we will take matters into our own hands this evening. Several fearless warriors from Burlington will take to Ben & Jerry's and wield our plastic spoons at our formidable foe, The Vermonster. 20 scoops, 10 toppings, 4 bananas, 2 cookies, 1 brownie, and a mountain of whip cream which tends to weight in between 6-7 pounds of teeth rotting, weight gaining, sugary goodness. If conquered spring will arrive soon....if we sur come to defeat, then winter will suck the life from us. Stayed tuned..... Baby on Board - 2/1/2006 Just wanted to congratulate the Normans on their new baby boy. Tyler Norman was born on 1/30/06 at 5:28pm and weighing in at 7lbs, 8ozs. I lost the pool...what a Norman being early?!?! Anyway, congrats to Gwen and Jason! Happy Holidays - 12/21/05 I just wanted to wish everyone a very happy and safe holiday. Sorry there haven't been posts since Nov. but I have been a little laid up after having some leg maintenance done. Should have plenty of things to post from the holidays. Also, I finally spent a Halloween in Burlington so I was able to make the annual Kristin & Jamie halloween party. It was a great timewith some great costumes...be sure to check them out. Summers Gone - 10/17/05 So yes summer is done and I missed a lot of great times with the camera but fortunately many of friends were there to snap a shot. Where'd Who Go - 10/13/05 Seems like forever since I have done this...hope I remember how. Well the summer and a new assignment at work has kept me pretty busy...while this is no excuse for a crappy posting schedule I will try and make it to you. Not too many pics on my end but you can catch more over at bhendrix.com. Kimi took the flag, Ferrari got lucky to score some points, and Red Bull painted over the green paint and ran pretty well. Barely time to think - 6/27/05 Its been over a month since I have posted anything to bweather...mainly because the summer is in 5th gear and time is something I just don't have enough of. Anyway I was able to get the pics from my travels to Kelowna, British Columbia and Maui back in May finally posted...but still plenty of pics from BBH 05, Candian Grand Prix, and Battle of the Bands to post in the near future so stay tuned. Cheers, bweather Happy Cinco De Mayo - 5/5/05 I know, I know...I have been pretty crappy the past month with updates but I've been switching jobs and well to be honest, this spring has been crazy...this is good though. This means I have a ton of pictures that I am trying to get ready to post in the next week. With Dave & Erin's wedding, Bar Hobble, and a nice long vacation on the horizon there will be plenty of things to laugh at on bweather.com in the next coming weeks. So stay tuned. Warm Bweather Events Update - 4/12/05 Hey folks...just in case you haven't updated your schedules in a while yet with the bweather events, let me just point out a few things. The date for Burlington Bar Hobble 05 has moved to Saturday May 14th...so its coming up a lot sooner then you originally planned. The JBW Birthday bash is a go for the weekend of July 15th - 17th. We have several campsites reserved at North Beach for the weekend festivities that include beer, grilling, beer, sports, beer, music, and a beautiful nature hike along the Burlington bike path to Waterfront Park for the Vemont Brewers Festival. Drop me a note if you interested in attending and camping with us. And lastly...don't forget we'll be kicking off this years Warm Bweather Events with Pongapalooza. Teams will be drawn at 7:00pm with the first toss scheduled for 7:24pm. So swing on by. That is all for now! Mardi Gras - 3/3/05 Last Saturday Magc Hat held its annual Mardi Gras parade...the perfect time and place to stumble around Burlington for the day. Baby Steps - 2/23/05 Off The Schnide(a.k.a OTS) is set to play its first paid gig on April 2nd at Metrenome in Burlington, VT. While it is a private party nevertheless it's still money and playing live.
